McIntyre River Clean Up Event
On March 28 between 1-3 p.m., members of the university community are invited to join a group of Lakehead Leaders take part in a spring clean up along the McIntyre River. Meet up with event organizers, identified by reflective safety vests, for 1 p.m. at the Lake Tamblyn fish ladder on the south of University Centre (residence side) to receive instructions and safety gear. Should you arrive after 1 p.m., the organizers will be moving down stream toward Central Avenue along the pathways adjacent to the river. >> more
